I am working full time. Does someone need to be home while you clean my house?

This might as well be the most asked question out of all. And the answer is very simple.
You do not need to be home.
In fact most of our customer are out while we do the cleaning.

If I am not home, how can you get access?

We are very flexible and have a few options.
You can either provide us with a spare key. We will keep the key unlabelled (just color/number coded) to get access and to lock up when we leave.
Some customer have a lockbox at their property. You can provide us with the code and upon leaving we will place the key back inside.
Many customer simply hide the key at a safe place. And we will put it back at the same place when we are done transforming your home in the oasis you deserve.

Do I have to pay before the cleaning commences?

The answer is very simple for 90% of the cases:
No. You do not have to pay anything until the cleaning is finished and you are blown away by the result.
Exemptions are vacate cleans which have to be paid prior. You still benefit from our worry free policy so of course we will come back for free and fix items that are included and flagged by the property manager (or you 🙂 )

How can I pay you?

You will find our bank details on every invoice. And once you came home and enjoyed the freshness of your freshly cleaned home you can easily pay via bank transfer. Or you can leave the payment for the cleaner on the day. Whichever way is most convenient for you.

I love your cleaning services and my aunt is looking for a cleaner as well. I would love to recommend you however, she lives outside your in -About- described area. Can she still get your cleaning services?

We very much appreciate you recommending we have to assess this on a one on one basis. Usually we do not divert far from our area as it wont be fair to charge travel to our customer. We do however have a very few customer from as far as upper swan that became very good friends throughout the years and still enjoy our services.
